1. Program Name and Description

Program name: DFW Apartment Locators Apartment Search Alerts. When you provide your mobile number on our website and check the optional SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from DFW Apartment Locators at that number.

Messages are conversational and transactional in nature and relate directly to the apartment locating inquiry you submitted.

• Responses to your apartment inquiries and questions
• Apartment search updates, matching listings and current move-in specials
• Tour and appointment confirmations and reminders
• Follow-ups from your licensed apartment locator about your search

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your apartment search activity and the questions you ask. You will typically receive a few messages per week while your search is active.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your text and data plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from DFW Apartment Locators. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. You may also opt out by emailing info@dfwapartmentlocators.com or calling (214) 659-1003.

Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to use our free apartment locating service. We will continue to assist you by phone or email if you prefer.

6. Consent Is Not a Condition of Service

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or of using DFW Apartment Locators's free apartment locating service. The SMS consent checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. If you do not check the box, we will not send you automated text messages and will contact you by phone or email instead.

7. Privacy and Sharing of Opt-In Data

Your mobile number, SMS consent status, consent timestamp, form source and consent disclosure version are stored in our customer database as evidence of consent.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared with any third party or affiliate for their marketing use. Mobile information may be shared only with service providers (such as our CRM and messaging platform) solely to deliver the messages you have requested.

8. Supported Carriers and Liability

Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date and disclosure version at the top of this page. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
