Yes. Like our apartment locating, the concierge help is free to renters. Some partners pay us a referral fee; you are never charged and are free to use any provider you choose.
Do I have to use your partners?
No. We share options and current promotions so you can decide. Our only requirement is that you list DFW Apartment Locators on your guest card for the apartment itself.
How far in advance should I set up utilities in Texas?
Schedule electricity 3–5 business days before move-in so power is on when you arrive; internet installation can take 1–2 weeks in some buildings, so book it as soon as your lease is signed.
