Methodology
Every week our TREC-licensed agents tour and lease apartments across the Metroplex. We record quoted asking rents for conventional one- and two-bedroom floor plans, plus any advertised concessions, and aggregate them by sub-market. The "typical rent" figure is the midpoint of the ranges observed in each area. Figures exclude application, administrative and amenity fees and are refreshed on the first of each month.
