About Jasmen Gearner

Hi there! I’m Jasmen Gearner – and I’m obsessed with all things Real Estate. I believe that apartment locating requires the ability to be personable, detail oriented, and have an in-depth knowledge about the various neighborhoods in Dallas. In my role as an Apartment Locator at DFW Apartment Locators, I aspire to live up to this notion by constantly seeking and gaining new knowledge, and taking the time to understand my clients needs thoroughly.

I graduated from Texas Tech with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a focus on project management. After working for a real estate investment company, I moved on to own a short term rental company. During this time I got to really learn the different pockets of Dallas and the type of vibe each one brings. I am passionate about finding my clients an apartment that satisfies all of their needs, and is the perfect place to call home!
